Price, delivery and ordering

£7 total for one digital planner; no subscription and no physical shipping. Payment is by card through Stripe. You may review payment details before confirming. The file download is made available after payment is verified. No videos, customised services or additional purchases are included.

What's included

The £7 price purchases a downloadable interactive HTML planning tool with 30 ideas, opening hooks, filming suggestions, captions, progress tracking and CSV export. No videos or content-posting service is included.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is hosted by Stripe, not on this site. After a qualifying paid transaction is verified, the order confirmation links to a file download. Do not share the unique order link; it serves as proof of purchase. If a download cannot be completed, email ekenu.payments@gmail.com or use the contact details above.

Cancellation and how to contact us

If you are a UK consumer, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period. We do not ask you to waive cancellation rights as part of this checkout. To request cancellation or a refund, email ekenu.payments@gmail.com with your name, purchase date and Stripe order reference. You may also write to the seller address above. You do not need to use a specific form or give a reason to make a valid cancellation request.

Optional cancellation form: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the 30-Day Café Content Sprint. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Email this to the business contact address if you prefer. This does not limit rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.

Refunds and legal rights

UK consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty digital content, still apply. The website makes no blanket claim that refunds or cancellation rights are unavailable. Email ekenu.payments@gmail.com for assistance; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy

This page does not require an account or use advertising cookies. It records aggregate clicks on the checkout button without storing your name or IP address. Stripe handles card and payment information under its own privacy policy. Paid order identifiers and amounts are stored securely for fulfilment and refund handling. The downloaded planner can store your personal edits locally in your browser; it does not send those edits to this website.

Ideas and templates cannot guarantee views, followers, orders or revenue. Record footage responsibly, obtain consent from people you film and use only media you have rights to publish.
